A confidential, peer-to-peer forum for the senior operators running boutique fitness brands at scale, facilitated by Jennifer Maanavi, Co-Founder & CEO of Physique 57.  Monthly working sessions, real accountability, no theater.

 Sales Training Program for Teams

The BFS Sales Training Program develops front-line sales teams at studios and locations, led by respected operators who run high-performing businesses themselves, not career trainers.

F.A.Q.

What membership programs does The BFS Network offer?

The BFS Network offers programs for founders and for their teams. Founders join the Peer Network, Executive Advisory, or the Franchise Business Accelerator. For their teams, BFS offers the Senior Leadership Peer Team led by Jennifer Maanavi and the Sales Training Program. Each program is selective, and admission is based on stage, decision context, and mutual fit.

Is The BFS Network the same as Boutique Fitness Solutions?

Yes. The BFS Network was formerly known as Boutique Fitness Solutions and Boutique Fitness Summit. It is the same organization, now serving founders and executives across fitness, wellness, self-care, and beauty.

Is BFS a coaching program?

No. BFS is not instructional or prescriptive, we do not run businesses, teach generic frameworks, or issue directives. BFS operates through selective advisory relationships, curated peer networks, and independent industry data to support real decision-making while preserving founder judgment.

Does BFS offer training for my team, or only programs for founders?

Both. The Peer Network, Executive Advisory, and the Franchise Business Accelerator serve founders and executives directly. The Sales Training Program develops your front-line sales team and is led by active operators who run high-performing businesses themselves.

Who qualifies for membership?

BFS partners with founders who are focused on growth. Many of our members lead profitable, multi-location companies in fitness, wellness, self-care, or beauty. To maintain a highly relevant and trusted peer network, we use an interview-based admission process to ensure strong alignment.

For founders who are in an earlier stage of their businesses, we offer warm introductions to vetted consultants and resources that may better support their current stage.

How do I apply?

Let's talk. Every program begins with a discussion of your business, the decisions in front of you, and whether BFS is the right fit, details on cadence, format, and expectations are reviewed during that process to ensure alignment before admission.
