In this introductory session, we’ll begin to discuss how to focus on your brand language and how to create a smart and dynamic brand culture internally and to the consumer.

In these two sessions, we will begin framing out what an organizational design could look like as you scale as well as smart tips how to select and keep A-players.


Enterprise Value Creation

We’re all economic animals.

In these two trajectory-changing sessions, we’ll share how a strategy map with defined priorities and iniaitives, with assigned KPIs, will evolve into a value creation plan downstream.

The Accelerator Program includes

  • Ten (10) ninety minute monthly group coaching sessions that will be led by Dave Crisalli and include a 30 minute Live Q&A.

How the program works
  • The Accelerator Program is a 2-year program that will meet monthly, 10 times each year (skipping August & December)
  • Each of the monthly 90 minute group coaching sessions will be led by Dave who will explore these topics thoroughly. These sessions are interactive and participants are encouraged to ask questions.
  • Prior to each group coaching session, Participants will receive materials to review in preparation for that session and, after the session, Participants will be given assignments that will reinforce the lesson and help them to implement the lesson in their business
  • Each session will be recorded and uploaded to a private channel in the BFS Member Hub for Participants to access in the future, along with other resources including toolkits, checklists and templates.
When are the sessions?

Each session will be held on the 2nd Thursday, from 1:30pm-3pm EST

Are these sessions live or recorded?

The group coaching sessions are conducted live.

What happens if I miss a session?

We will record each session and upload the recording to the Member Hub for Participants to watch at their convenience.

Do I have to commit to both years now?

No.

How many Participants will be enrolled in the Program?

To ensure that each Participant receives a highly personalized experience, we are limiting this cohort to 20 people.

Can I cancel my enrollment?

You may cancel your enrollment within 72 hours after the first group coaching session and receive a refund equal to 85% of your first monthly payment.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes, if you cancel your enrollment within 72 hours after the first group coaching session; you will receive a refund equal to 85% of your first monthly payment.
