2020
Peer networks are formalized, creating confidential environments for founders navigating leadership and scale during a period of rapid change.
2022
BFS hosts its first post-pandemic industry conference and is retained by SoulCycle for a strategic advisory engagement.
2023
BFS expands its leadership footprint through major industry convenings, including the CEO Summit at IHRSA (HFA), IDEA World, the BFS Members Retreat, and The Summit by BFS.
2024
The organization rebrands as The BFS Network for Beauty, Fitness & Self-Care, reflecting its expanded scope across research, advisory, and peer leadership.
